I had the same problem in my 94 900 turbo, recharged it after the first year and then it was fine since. Mine has climate control. My radiator had to topped up every threee months, and I finally got the dealer (after some REAL grousing) to check it "carefully this time", and they found a seam leak. It is possible you have a small freon leak. Mine is really quite cold.
