I bought some replacement Bright White bulbs for my 9-5 from them ($40 pair). UPS managed to shake one set loose of the packaging, breaking one of the bulbs. Upon calling the number on the package, whoever answred the phone simply said "OK, I'll send you out a replacement". NICE! No hassle, no re-packing it all--just send me the new one! I have not gotten it yet, but assuming UPS behaves a bit, it should be fine. Now, changing the bulbs is another thing. The driver's side fog light was easy, as will be the headlight bulb. But the passenger side is another issue altogether. The access to the bulbs is QUITE tricky. I managed to CAREFULLY replace the foglight, but the headlight looks a bit harder. They really CRAM stuff in there. Oh well, the difference in brightness is worth it--and now 328i owners have NOTHING on me....lol...
