Ben I have an 87 9000S 5 spd and my saabtech friend has an 87 9000T. The only manual you will find with decent info is the Haynes Manual for the 9000. You can find it at www.haynes.com or www.hdrogers.com. The recommended oil is 10W30 or 10W40 in the engine and 5 spd. Check your vaccum lines, large and small and the turbo bypass valve. You may also want to check when the fuel filter was changed last. I bought my 87 9000S with 145890. I now have over 175,800. If you want to ask me any questions free feel to email me.
