There's an auto option for the Aero as well. Torque is reduced to 300 Nm and the 20 seconds (not sure about this figure) torque/power boost for the manual is not available. Pricing is actually, at least in Sweden, below that of the V6. List price of 36 k$ in Sweden (10% up from the 2.3 LPT) gives you the 230 hp engine, climate control, upgraded brakes, 17" rims, anti-spinn, sports chassis, external sport package, cruise control, etc. Jan Soderberg Johan Lauwers wrote in message <7rdr2p$ir2$1nopsam3.Belgium.EU.net>... > >The V6 was only made to meat the demand on the American market, still the >greatest market for Saab (in volume). > >The Aero is an all time Saab engine and an all time real Saab. > >Other difference : the V6 allways auto, the aero should be (but I'm not sure >in the US, because they all like to drive auto) manual. > > >Johan >83 900 GLi (parts car) >88 900 i >94 9000 CS >94 9000 CSE > > > > >
