Yeah, so why can't you leave a Valentine in your car? Mine stays in my car, unless on the rare occasion I'm taking a road trip in another vehicle. I mean, stays in my car -- its been in there more or less permanently since I bought it in 1993. I also have a Remote Systems Escort still permanently affixed, but there is no need to use it with the V1.
