The Yokohama A520 is a good low priced tire with good performance; however, I would suggest the Dunlop SP Sport 8000, which is a very solid all-around tire for about the same price. The Yokohamas are notorious for wearing out very quickly. For a slight step up in price, the Pirelli P7000 SuperSport is another good alternative. I had a set of American Eagles on my '86 9000T (when I bought it) and promptly replaced them. They were scary in the rain and dry performance left a lot to be desired also. I strongly recommend against them. -Doug
