The mirrors on my '99 Saab 9-5 have a split zone - normal, and a wide angle portion to the outer third of the driver and passenger mirrors; I have no blind spots whatsoever - these mirrors are excellent. My car is British, so I can't comment on the legality of you fitting similar mirror glass to your car. Have you tried www.kentishsaab.co.uk ? They advertise that they do spares export? Might be worth a try. However, they haven't replied when I've emailed them in the past, so you might want to ring them direct.
