My repair work was completed by my dealer yesterday, and my car is running GREAT. From the beginning, my dealer was behind me 100% in agreeing that Saab should pick up the tab for this situation. While Saab Customer Service treated me with arrogance, my dealer has always treated me with respect and done superior work on my vehicles. (3rd I've bought from this dealership) My dealer convinced Saab that they were liable for this incident, and Saab is paying the bill. I pretty much knew that would be the outcome, right from the beginning. Too bad Saab Customer Service couldn't take any credit for resolving this situation, and making a long-time customer happy. It wouldn't have cost them any more than it did in the end..... If I offended anyone in my series of postings .... I apologize..... Sam
