Well, if you want to post this repeatedly, then I get to reply repeatedly. Recently, my friend's Saab 900 Turbo Convertible had some MAJOR stuff happen to it at all about the same moment. The repair bill amounted to $4500 from my local dealer (he's from Chicago but got stranded here). The car was just a bit out of warranty, having 65k miles on it I believe, and after talking to Saab (I'm leaving out big parts of the story but this is the conclusion) on my suggestion, they coughed up EVERYTHING but labor which was like $1200-$1300. THAT'S customer service, and THAT'S why I'd buy another Saab. Dislaimer: I'd buy another Saab anyway because they're making 4 cylinder engines again which they do so well.
