Michael, I accidentally posted that message more than once .... please excuse that mistake. If I seem to have gone overboard in expressing my opinion of Saab's Customer Service practices, I apologize for that too. But, my intent was NOT to blacklist Saab or attempt to showcase Mercedes as superior. It was simply to point out to other consumers that I was treated unfairly by Saab's Customer Service Dept. My experience with other manufacturers has always been positive. This is the only bad experience I've ever had with auto mfgr. So, enough said about this ....
