Actually, if what I hear is correct, they had it figured out and the supreme court "un-figured" it. Remember years ago all the signs saying "slower traffic keep right", "left lane for passing only", etc.? Well, apparently the court decided that this was a violation of our constitutional right to "freedom of travel", and outlawed such things. Congress would never do anything about it anyway. The complete text of the government's highly sophisticated, well-thought-out traffic policy is "speed kills", so when somebody's in the left lane going 50, they're helping us all stay alive, right? AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
