Brian; You should perform a fuel pressure and volume test. If the engine is getting fuel that may not be enough. It is important that the fuel is at the proper pressure, and volume. Without a pressure test it would be difficult to rule out any of the mechanical fuel system. Mechanical parts should be ruled out before you move on to other parts like AMM, Ignition Amplifier, ECU, etc... You should definitely check and clean all grounds in the system, the Bosch ignition and fuel system are very sensitive to a lack of or diminished ground. Pay special attention to the small black grounds at the intake manifold, and the battery frame ground...
