What has happened is your turbo seal has leaked oil in the turbo. The oil is burning and releasing a bug fog type affect out the rear exhaust. If your not having over heating problems then that's you problem. It happened to me and I pulled the head to replace the head-gasket, and that was not the problem so I was bummed when it was all back together and it still smoked. It cost me about$750. from a local saab mechanic, may cost $1000. depending on where you go. Let me know where you live I know alot of Saab shops that do work on my 9000
