just pull the Emergency Brake a little (let it knock two times) and then pull down your normal brakepedal about twenty times. this might help, because then the auto adjustment will work. if not you severely have a problem with the brakes, because you changed then in a wrong way by not screwing them back before mounting the new brakepads. So a professional has got the re-adjust your emergency brake manually.
