Seems you have had every possible quirk fixed. Lol. As for fan not coming on. The fan starts when the meter it about 80% on the way up to red and normaly that happens when you are in really slow traffic or if you go fast for a while and stop. If it should fail too start it is sometimes just the fuse. Othewise most likely the temp probe (sits in left side of radiator if you stand in front of the car. (Short out the connector too check if the fan works). Keep finger and neck tie out!!
