Subject: Re: Just got a new Viggen

Original post; Hi all....Just got a new Viggen......have to say that although there is a little torque doesn't deserve the criticism that it has got. response; Of course not all this talk about torque steer smacks of heavy handed driving. The English mags have given the Viggen great reviews. I'm used to riding high powered motorbikes, and I think the trouble with most car drivers is they don't want to use their brains, therefore they settle for bland underpowered understeering heaps of the proverbial. I want to drive a car that turns it on when I'm in the mood, the Viggen sounds like my kind of car, plus its a long distance roadburner (just the thing for overtaking big rigs and caravans on Australia's pathetic highways), plus it can carry a big load when needed (it is a saab after all). I want one. Peter Cairns, Australia
