Cindy, I don't know about the 9-5, but on my '97 9000 the fog light is a single piece. Mine got bumped or bashed somehow in a parking lot when I wasn't around. When I discovered that the light wasn't working and went to replace the bulb, I discoverd that the internal bulb housing was ripped from is mounting. The lense and housing were fine. No way to fix it, needed a new lamp, $200, thank you for your support. You may want to try some of those mail order SAAB parts outlets advertised in the back of car magazines. Sometimes they will give you a little break and you won't have to pay sales tax. Another idea would be to call some of the local salvage yards. Although the 9-5 being so new you might not have much luck.
