Are you talking about bait and switch by an authorized SAAB dealer? If so, get ahold of SAAB USA. They don't take kindly to bad dealers. The one in Culver City, CA is no more due to problems. Years ago, (ca. 1990) I had a problem with Zimbrick SAAB in Madison, WI when it came to getting parts for a 2-stroke SAAB. One chat with SAAB's PR guy, and the next time I visited I was cordially escorted to the fiche machine and had no problem getting parts. Even nicer, I could call from my office and get parts ordered pronto, w/o deposit. So, though your mileage may vary, try talking to SAAB USA. They do care.
