If so, how was it resolved? Did the shop use an adhesive to hold the pads in place? If not, this may result in the squeal that you hear. It is actually a VERY fast vibration. Most of the adhesives that I know of for this purpose are rubber-based which helps absorb the vibration and dampen the noise.
