I have a problem where the side window defrost opening shoots out lots of hot air like it's supposed to. The opening directly below that gently lets a little bit of luke-warm air very slowly (unless I close all of the other vents -- then it's just slowly), my passenger-side seems to be working okay (but still not very strong), my feet heaters are wonderful, and the middle vent jets out fridgid outside temperature air very strongly. My front defrosters seem to work, but they're not as hot as the side defrosters. The car is an 87 900. Also, I saw some exhaust coming out of the area where the #1 spark plug is connected. I pushed the cover of the cable that supplies the current and the exhaust seemed to go away. I took it on and off and it doesn't seem to lock in place like the others. Any ideas?
