Subject: a saab 900S with Heat problems in Montana HELP

Hello, I am a owner of a SAAB 900s 1984, 2.0 L. I try to fix this car because I love SAAB cars. I have a problem though. My Heat is not working at all. It is just blowing freezing air (I dont think it is my airco) But because I live in Montana were it is currently 5 F (-15C) I really want to fix this heat problem. I already replaced the thermostat, and the waterpump but none of them did the job. I am in a very small town and non of the mechanics want to touch this "foreign" car. I cannot find the books to fix it myself although I am very handy. Is there some one out there that can help me or has a clue what it might can be?? and how to fix this? I would surerly appreciate it!! Oh and if you touche the hoses going to and from the heater they both feel hot so there must be some flow to and from the heater..... Thanks. Chris
