Is this really true? Have you called other dealers to see if they have them? Although I have generally had good experiences with Saab salespeople, I would never be surprised if a salesperson used "virtually impossible to get" to mean "we don't have any". But this is only of use to you if there are some in your area; it certainly sounds like this dealer won't try to get you one. >Does the 9-3 (base model, not SE) have an outside thermometer >reading as part of its center console display? It looks like you have accidentally mentioned the 9-3, but I think the 9-5 has a very similar (if not the same) information display, pretty much the same as the most recent 900: the base display would have outside temperature, distance 'til empty, and average fuel economy. (I don't recall a fourth item from my '97 900S, but the '96 900SE has a clock alarm as the fourth item in the first column, under the three I mentioned.) >Does the Saab special lease rate promotion running now >end on January 15 or at the end of the month? Do Saab lease promotions ever end?? It seems like they get extended every month they are supposedly expiring... but looking at www.saabusa.com I see that there are only three going at the moment, so I guess some have finally ended. The graphics there say "through January." You could also check www.edumunds.com; they usually have good info on current lease promotions and incentives/rebates.
