Unfortunately, this is the typical mindset in the tech world. We're not just scribes; we're technical communicators, which can encompass a wide range of skills, including multimedia saavy. I already have the Saab I want. It's a '99 Viggen. I also have a '65 bug, '69 Citroen, and '78 911. Programming? Ugh! I've already taking programming classes over the years, and I'm glad programmers are doing what they're doing, and I'm doing what I'm doing. At least I can meet my deadlines without staying at work all day and night trying to debug code and tearing out what little hair I have left. Mike Z.
