Hi, I know you said "no air" but not *everyone* who would say that would have tried the following (and pls excuse me if you did check, no offence intended ;-) : If K-rego means Classic 900 (with 8-valve engine), then you might check a coolant air bleed tap on the thermostat housing at the front of the block. Start engine, turn heater to max heat, loosen tap and idle until you get a steady stream of coolant. Otherwise - did you check for bad air flow altogether, possibly due to leaves or other garbage in the cabin air intake / cabin air filter box (see hole in bonnet). Then I've seen some postings on this NG giving good instructions for changing a valve on the heater matrix. Finally, are you sure that the long rod from the temp control really *does* move the valve on the matrix (take out the radio - or empty pocket/box if you have no radio) and shine a torch in there. If someone's removed the front of the instrument panel, the rod may have fallen from its position and not been repositioned. No more ideas than that, I'm afraid. What say you others out there?
