I think it's accessible after removing the plastic over the "false bulkhead" on top of the "firewall" on the passenger side. You may have to remove some other stuff too, and as I recall reading, care must be taken when working with a good resistor pack (e.g., when you install the replacement) so as to not short and destroy it in the process.
