Yes, your right. Having owned 6 Nissan products and a Miata, many of which I still own and drive daily (even the convertible at -10 F), I was simply not used to the numerous problems of a low mileage, pristine, well cared-for, full service history, Saab dealer maintained example. Because I am of Swedish decent, I had higher expectations for this car than I should have. The Saab was purchased as a gift, so I am especially sensitive about it's quality, design, and maintenance costs. I think I would be happer to rid myself of this car before it fails again. Because it is not a matter of if it will fail, but rather when it will fail. I fully expect the new heater core to fail within 60K miles.
