Subject: Re: Volvo engine?

It is quite odd that a small country like Sweden has two major car companies with so little in common. The old 4 stoke SAAB engines had origins from Triump. Volvo have used engines from Renault and Mitsubishi. With the recent alignments with GM and Ford respectively, and with these companies aligned with other car makers, I wonder if their path will cross somewhere.
