Subject: Re: '83 900t Brake Problem

<Snip> Could be a bad servo, but your sure you have no vacuum leaks? Also check the little breather felt on the back of the servo is ok. THe sliders on the fronts good? Are all the flex hoses good. THey do close up over the years, I found this out on my 1986 900I. I replaced them all with braided lined for an MOT and that did make a difference. THen went to Mintex racing fluid and upped the pad grade to M1155 on the back and M1166 on the front. Slow speed stops need alittle more effort but stops from High speed are great. To be honest early turbo brakes were always alittle maginal and have to be tip top. Sounds like you have done everything I would of tried. Hope this helps, Malc Scotland Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.
