Ta everybody for your replies. Finally, after 12 days got the insurance company engineer to look at my car. He says they will fix it - I wish they would make up their minds! THe thing that gets up my nose is that the insurance companies seem very happy to take your money, but couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery when it come to sorting something like this out.
