OK! Stop badmouthing the AUTO slush boxes (I do prefer Standards
though!).

86 900T 197K miles, still on original AUTO Transmission, Turbo, Head,
Head gasket.  I drive the car hard, but no "Hole shots", once you get
the feel for the shifting points you can actually release the strain
then once it shifts accelerate at will...it works.  I do agree the top
end is not the same etc...
How long do your standards last?
