Subject: '96 9000 CSE chronic coolant leak

This is a multi-part message in MIME format. --------------3B955D879C99911D784BD81C Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Have I got a Lemon!? Just purchased this car w 33k miles, and ~6 months of warranty left. It's my third Saab '85- 900 turbo and '90- 900 turbo. This 9000 is great except for this leak issue. Fluid leak was a slow trickle (refilled the overflo tank every 2 weeks) and I had a distinct coolant smell in the passenger compartment. Dealer replaced the heater core, still had a small leak, dealer replaced the water pump. They also mentioned they are beginning to notice more than a few 9000's with a head gasket problem, and say that if the problem is not solved now, that is the next step. Any insights? Thanks Chas --------------3B955D879C99911D784BD81C Content-Type: text/x-vcard; charset=us-ascii; name="Charles.vcf" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Description: Card for Charles Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="Charles.vcf" begin:vcard n:; tel;work:415-307-2280 x-mozilla-html:FALSE version:2.1 email; title:Charles Group adr;quoted-printable:;;2014 Laguna Street=0D=0A;San Francisco;California;94115;USA note;quoted-printable:=0D=0ASpecializing in design management and product branding=0D=0A end:vcard --------------3B955D879C99911D784BD81C--
