I have a few questions regarding 1989-1991 Saab 9000's ...

1)    How reliable are these vehicles?

2)    Safety?

3)    Insurance -- high or average?

4)    A bit meaningless, but ... Is the ignition in the center console or to
the right of the steering wheel?
