I have an '87 9000 2.0 turbo and it ticks over at just over 1000 rpm, which seems a little high. Any other readers have an opinion. (Foolish question! Of course you've got opinions!) On the power front, you might also like to check whether the turbo boost guage goes half-way (half-boost, turbo needs help) or into the red (full boost). Posts in this news group have indicated how to fix this. I've asked my mechanic to look at it (using notes from the ng), far too difficult for me! Have a good weekend all....
