We have had very good experiences with them. Bought our 9-5 there a year ago, after visiting the showroom for test drives and questions several times. Each time they were patient and low-key. Was ablt to work out what I considered to be a great deal. Nice show when we picked it up (they unveiled the car then spent 30-40 minutes with us walking around and through the car making sure we understood as much about it as we could). Had some minor problems which they took care of very quickly. Service folks are very helpful.
