I had the same problem! I discovered totally by accident that if you hold down "store" and "band" at the same time for 5-6 seconds, it will go back to CODE. I finally had to go to the dealer who pulled the radio and determined my code using the serial number on the back of the radio. No charge. The interesting thing was that they didn't know how to get the radio back to CODE either!
