Subject: CD player skips



I have recently purchased a 95 900 convertible with the trunk mounted CD
player.  It works well but it has skips or dropouts.  The skips seem to
have nothing to do with bumps because it happens sitting still. Any
suggestions?  I Emailed Clarion but all that they would tell me was to
visit the dealer.
