Well honestly, replacing the rotors at 110k is not all that
unreasonable. However you were smart to take the old rotors with
you ... take them to any machine shop and ask them to check if
they are within spec.

They have all the specs right there and the calipers to measure
it. If it is within spec, they can machine them for you and you
will have a nice new set of rotors ready for your 220k brake job.
