I am looking for feedback on using car seats for children that utilize the car's own seat belts (30 lbs and over) in the backseat of a 9-5 and/or 9-5 Wagon. I just purchased a Britax Roadster and it is very wide. If placed in the middle seat it uses one side's seat belt buckle and hides the other side's seat belt buckle. If used on a side seat it moves back and forth because the back piece of the child seat interferes with the car's head rest (that is not flush) . Furthermore, buckling it is a bear because the base is so wide and the car's lower (lap) seat belt needs to go under the child seat arm rests. Can anyone make suggestions as to what has worked successfully for them. Particularly, so that you can seat 2 or 3 children in car/booster seats in the back. Thanks.
