I'm confused. Did you put on the six side panels, but not the bumper extensions? The SPG skirt package has different bumper extensions than normal. When you say it is about an inch lower, do you mean at the top, or at the bottom. The SPG rear bumper extensions follow the same line on top, but dip lower at the bottom near the wheelwell. If you are saying that the tops don't line up, there is a small amount of slop in the mounting rails for both the side skirts and bumper extensions that can be used to align them.
