There's a connector plug under the driver's sea that gives power to both power seats. The plug is removable and so it can slip out. Mine did and it took me a while to figure that out. When the connector was loose or completely unplugged, the seats made a rapid clicking sound from time to time. The plug is directly under the front edge of the driver's seat (Near the middle I think) and if it is loose or completely unplugged just tighten it or reinsert it in and it should work. The connector cable has many multi-colored wires bundled into one connecting end, which is rectangular shaped.
