The ACCs in 1999 9-5s had that as a known problem. My wife and I both have 99 9-5s (a sedan and a wagon) and both were replaced by the dealers no questions asked. The repairs mgr had a pile of new ACCs in his office and a tech was going around swapping new ones into every unsold new car in the lot. I am suprised that the 2000s still have the same bug.
