Subject: Re: High 2K IDLE HELP!!! PLEASE!!!

I just had that kind of problem in my '88 900 turbo. It was the NTC sensor, or cold start sensor. For some reason it was giving a poor reading and making it idle really high, sometimes up to 2K. I don't know much about the 9000, but on my 900 the NTC sensor is right underneath the fuel injection manifold bar, with a two wire connnector. Try wiggling it. Hope this helps Rob In article <89uuji$ojp$1nopsam1.deja.com>, bradford <schroebrnopsamedu> wrote: > Latly my 88 9000T has been idling as high as 2k rpm, most of the time > it is at 1500-1700rpms, and sometimes it is fine just chillin stable at > 1k.
