Driving like that certainly isn't helpful for the engine, but for the couple miles is was like that and assuming the car didn't actually overheat it should be okay. I bought a used '88 900T from a friend with a blown head gasket, and when I drained the oil it too looked more like Yoohoo than lubricant. After getting it all back together, the car runs fine and has been dead reliable for the last ~20k. Only thing you can really do is either take the engine out and have it checked for tolerances and wear underneath, or put it back together and try. My money is on it being okay... Saab 16v engines are very robust, and take punishment fairly well... :) -Justin
