We've had plenty in for service bud, Sure there is more maintence because you have to replace the timing belt every 30k miles but i've never had one break. The V6 is a strong running engine, sure its no turbo but thers not a thing wrong with that engine. The reason Saab stopped selling the V6 is because it was a slow seller. The typical Saab buyer wants & buys the 4 cylinder engine and of course its a great engine, the best Saab makes but to say the V6 engine is no good is wrong!!! As far as the safety aspects the real world experience proves how safe the NG900 is. You really think Saab would make an unsafe Saab? I think not Mr Expert!!
