Subject: 1990 9000 CD 2.3 Turbo S auto

Hi everyone, I took an option on a 1990 9000 CD 2.3 Turbo S automatic with only 100.000 real kms on it (app. 62.000 miles), full option to replace my 88 900 i. I have a few questions thought before I really buy it. 1. The trip computer (optional) is showing everything marked in the beginning (I mean all numbers are 8, you can't read a thing on it...); When the car is warm the computer reads normal. What is it ? Can it be helped or should I ask my dealer to replace it ? 2. Like al the CD's I know the reflector unit in the back (optional, between the tail lights) is showing those moisture spots (allthough it is not moisture, apparantly it is the glue which has deteriorated). Any improvement on the newer models and again, should I ask my dealer to replace it or isn't it worth it. 3. It is an automatic and the gear, how should I put it, starts immediately but the previous (first) owner had a trailer hatch. Should I worry about the influence of the trailer hatch on the gearbox or not. How can I examine it ? 4. Do there still exist original chrome Saab sport exhausts for this model ? 5. Does anyone have a wooden gearstick for this model ? Thank you in advance for your answer. Greetings, Johan 88 900 i 94 9000 CS 94 9000 CSE 95 900 Convertible
