The clearcoat film on my 88 900 is beginning to bubble and peel from around the base of my power antenna. Is there anything I can do to stop it? I'm tempted to cut away the small bubbled portion with an exacto knife, but am afraid of cutting through the paint. The rest of the body is A1, so it doesn't seem worth it to have the entire car sanded and repainted. Nor do I want to pay for a big job like that.
