Subject: Brake pedal goes to floor sometimes

A recent problem with brakes has developed on '85 900T sedan. Noticed at first when sitting at stoplights - brake pedal would sometimes slowly depress under your feet, as if the pressure were being released. Pumping the brake quickly would usually fix the problem. Issue has gotten worse, so that now when going into a stop, the pedal will push all the way to floor sometimes. Again, a quick pump seems to restore (after a quick flash of 'brakeless' anxiety of course) There is no loss of brake fluid. Do I need to bleed? Or is it something worse? Much appreciation for any response. rgds Joel
