Hello Peter I had the same problem with my 89 9000T. The rear seatbelt were too short to fix the babyseat properly. Now I own a 9-5 Wagon. In this car, the seatbelts are much longer and fixing the babyseat in any position is no problem. I don't know if there are longer seatbelts available for the 9000 model. Nevertheless, for me the 89 9000T was the best car I ever had.
