Tyre pressure is very important: low pressures can cause very rapid wear on the outside edges, wall damage and overheating. I run my 9-5SE at 35psi all round for normal use around town, 38psi all round on trips. That's on 6.5Jx16 alloy wheels and 215/55R16 Michelin tyres.
