Anyone out there from Germany who can tell if this is a public tv channel or
a commercial (local) one?
Here in Belgium we've got three German TV channels but I think they're
called ARD, ZDF and WRD.  We just call them Germany one, two and three.  I
suppose DSF can't be accessed in Belgium?  Anyways, for those of you who
can, happy viewing.
